Randy brings over 30 years of Wall Street experience, including leadership roles at MLV and B. Riley Securities. He served as Head of Trading at Paine Webber and UBS for over 18 years before joining MLV in 2010. There, he played a pivotal role in helping to build the new broker-dealer that merged with FBR in 2015 and then with B. Riley in 2017. Randy has been delivering results in Capital Markets for more than 15 years and is an established leader in unsecured notes and preferred stock issuance. He has a BA from Denison University focused on Psychology and Political Science and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Kimberly joined Siebert in February 2025. Kim has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and debt capital markets advisory. She most recently was the Head of U.S. Financial Institutions for the DCM Group at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), which is the Securities Division of Japan’s largest bank. Kimberly was responsible for covering a broad roster of financial institution clients including banks, insurance companies, asset management firms, and private equity sponsors. She has a deep knowledge of markets and vast experience raising strategic and opportunistic capital in both the public and private markets. After starting her career in Municipal Banking in 1996 at Bear Stearns, she has held senior positions on Wall Street firms including J.P. Morgan, Bank of NY, Bernstein Global Wealth Management, and Oppenheimer. She earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law. She was a 12-year member of the Board of Advisors for the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland from 2002 to 2014.

Most recently, Ajay was CFO of BM Technologies (BMTX), a publicly traded FinTech company where he successfully orchestrated the sale of the company at a 90% premium to market. Previously, Ajay was a Group Head at B. Riley Financial and its predecessor FBR’s Investment Banking group, where he worked for 11 years. He has been providing a wide range of M&A and capital-raising services to both public and private companies for 25 years and has consummated over $90 billion of transactions. Ajay started his career on Wall Street at Lehman Brothers and has held senior positions in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, Bear Stearns, and Macquarie prior to joining FBR, B. Riley’s predecessor in 2012. He holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an MBA in Finance from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.

Brian Vieten publishes institutional-grade research on cryptocurrency, blockchain infrastructure, Web3 applications, and public companies with material exposure to digital assets. This expands the firm’s research footprint and strengthens support for clients across Capital Markets and Investment Banking. Brian joins Siebert from Needham & Company, where he focused on Crypto Assets and Blockchain, as well as HPC and AI infrastructure coverage. Earlier roles include equity research posts at Cowen & Company and Stifel Nicolaus. He has nearly a decade of equity research experience, eight years in the crypto space, and he founded a long-short crypto fund in 2022. He has passed all three levels of the CFA Program.

Based in our newly opened office in Washington, D.C., he will lead institutional client coverage and distribution across sector verticals and work closely with Siebert’s investment bankers on origination and execution. Daniel brings more than two decades of experience in institutional sales and capital markets. He began his career as an Infantry Captain in the United States Marine Corps and holds a B.A. from Denison University. He later served in senior sales roles at B. Riley Financial and its predecessor FBR where he was consistently a top producer.
