How do I register to Siebert's New Trading Platform?
Important: Registration applies only to Siebert Account Owners. If you do not have an account with Siebert, please click here to Open an account We have
implemented this registration process to prioritize the security of our Siebert Account(s) and improve accessibility. This additional process is designed to safeguard Siebert accounts while ensuring a seamless and user-friendly
experience. Make sure you have all the information required to register such as: Account number(s), Social Security Numbers/Tax I.D (U.S Only), Phone and email address listed on your Siebert account. Watch our demo here
How do I reset my password?

If you need to change your password, Open the Faye by Muriel Siebert app and click ‘Forgot Password’ then enter your email address and an email notification will be delivered to you with instructions
on how to reset your password.
If you did not forget your password but want to change it to improve the security of your account simply login to your account click Profile > Manage password and proceed to update your password.

security measure to ensure the protection of your account.

On the Home Trading Platform click 'Forgot my Password', enter your username and an email with a link to reset your password will be delivered to your email address on file.

How do I update my account information?

You can now easily update your email address, mail address, phone number, and more by using our Faye Mobile App. Easy access at your fingertips!
To update any personal, Employment or Financial information login to your account click Profile > Account profile and proceed to update your information. Make sure to always click 'Save changes' to make sure your information has
been updated.

How do I access my statements and Tax documents?

Visit the 'Documents Tab' for all of your documents needs such as; Statements, Confirmation and Tax Documents. Securely view or download directly from our mobile app and Trading platform. To make any
changes to your document preferences visit paperless setting tab.
How do I fund my account?/How to Link my Bank Account?

1. Go to the Funding Tab on our Mobile App and click on 'Link a Bank account' to set up a connection between your Siebert account and another financial institution.
2. After
linking your Bank account you will be able to Deposit funds from your bank to Siebert.
3. Please note that it may take up to 3-4 business days from the transaction date for the funds to move in/out of

How do I check my transaction history?

What is Options Trading and How do I Trade Options?
Options trading gives you the opportunity to buy or sell a particular asset at a specific price within a set period of time. You can use options to pursue objectives such as managing risk and generating income. If you are a qualified

How can I authorized others to access my account?
Need to allow someone to view or trade or move money within one or more of your accounts?

Login to your account, click Profile > Link Account > share my account. If you have multiple Siebert account select the account to be shared. Note: The user
you wish to grant access to your account must have a registered User ID for the newly updated Siebert trading platform. If user has an ID please provide the recipients USER ID to allow access, if not click the option to send
a registration to proceed. Select the level of access you want this user to have over your account. Options include: View Only, to view account information; Full Access, to view account information, trade and move money. Click
submit and you are all set.
